When you look at this image, can't you just hear the slow rhythm of "When a Man Loves a Woman?" I know I do!

Jena and Terry came to us for their engagement portrait session, and we hit it off almost immediately. Jena is the second bride who has asked my zodiac sign, so for all the rest of you who might be wondering, it's cancer. (By the way, so is Jena's!) We laughed, talked, and of course created beautiful engagement photographs into the evening. I can't wait to see them again in early May.

The leaves are beginning to fall now, and all our gardens have reluctantly gone to sleep. However, I can always find a great location for a photograph no matter what the season. The deep browns this time of year provide a rich background with a romantic mood.
